When looking at the results page if you spot a time/date that you want to use for your event, click on it in the grid to open a popup with a summary.
This lists the event details, the names of people who can/can't make it and - if timezone feature has been used - a breakdown by zone so people can see when it will be for them.
Select all, copy and paste to an email to spread the word.
Also in the popup, an iCal link should either open your calendar program (e.g. Outlook) or download an '.ics' file which you can import to Google Calendar, etc.
We've moved the names and comments from the bottom of the page to the side and fixed them - hopefully solving the problem of the mouseover information being scrolled off screen for big grids.
